These Terms of Service apply to the use of the twija.art online store and to orders placed through the store.

2. Use of the online store

By using the online store, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as the policies presented in the store (including the shipping and refund policies) and the Privacy Policy.

3. Products (unique artworks)

Twija.art sells original, one-of-a-kind artworks. Product photos and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Please note that different screens and settings may affect how colors and contrast appear.

I reserve the right to update product descriptions and store content and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Ordering and formation of the contract

Orders are placed at checkout. A contract is formed once the order has been paid and you have received an order confirmation by email.

I reserve the right not to accept an order for a justified reason (for example, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or a situation where a unique artwork has already been sold). If an order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in the online store. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. Any discounts and campaigns apply as stated separately.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping

Shipping methods, shipping areas, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout and in the Shipping Policy.

If a customer’s country is not available at checkout, the customer can contact teija@twija.art to check shipping options and price.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delays related to shipping are the responsibility of the carrier, but I will help with tracking and resolving issues if needed.

7. Returns and cancellations

Returns and cancellations are handled according to the store’s Refund and Return Policy.

8. Intellectual property rights

All images, texts, and other content in the twija.art online store are protected by copyright. The content may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The online store may contain links and features provided by third parties (for example payment services, analytics, and social media). I am not responsible for third-party services or content.

10. Relationship with Shopify

twija.art uses Shopify’s services to provide the Services to you. However, in all purchases made in our store, the contracting party is twija.art. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and twija.art, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with twija.art.

11. Limitation of liability

I am not liable for indirect damages or losses unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Liability is generally limited to the value of the order unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will primarily be resolved by mutual agreement. Consumer customers may also refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

13. Changes

I may update these Terms of Service. Orders are always subject to the Terms of Service in force at the time the order is placed.
