Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Finland. Each artwork is one of a kind and will be carefully packed for protection.

1. Shipping areas

Shipping areas are determined by the options available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact teija@twija.art. I will check the shipping options and price.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping to Finland is free.
International shipping costs are added at checkout before payment.

Please note that shipping costs for large artworks may be higher than for smaller shipments.

3. Processing time (dispatch)

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. If processing takes longer, I will let you know by email.

4. Delivery times

Finland: delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Tracking

If tracking is included, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

6. Duties and taxes (orders outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Damaged shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the artwork as soon as possible and contact teija@twija.art

8. Shipping delays

I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes, but I will help with tracking and resolving issues if needed.
