Right of withdrawal (consumer customers)
Consumer customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the artwork by notifying me by email: teija@twija.art.
Condition of returned artwork
The returned artwork must be in the same condition as when received. Please pack the artwork carefully (I recommend using the original packaging and protective materials) so that it is not damaged during return shipping.
Return instructions
Always contact me by email at teija@twija.art before returning an item. You will receive return instructions in my reply.
Return shipping costs (including international returns)
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs from all countries, unless the issue is clear shipping damage, an incorrect delivery, or another error caused by the seller.
Refunds
A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and the condition of the artwork has been checked.
Shipping damage and incorrect delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork, please notify me as soon as possible (recommended within 48 hours of delivery) and include photos of the packaging and the artwork. Contact: teija@twija.art
Commissions / custom artworks
Commissioned or custom artworks made according to the customer’s wishes are not eligible for cancellation or returns, unless the issue is shipping damage, an incorrect delivery, or another error caused by the seller.
Color display differences
Please note that screen settings may affect how colors appear. I aim to photograph the artworks as accurately as possible.
